You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Beautiful purse great for everyday or dressy evening wear. Te only thing that looks cheap are what would be metal details I am pretty sure they are plastic and the material inside crinkles like a cat toy. But I am not trying to pass the purse off for a more expensive purse. It looks like leather if someone was rude enough to ask I would tell them it is plastic. It is a nice looking purse the color is very lovely it is the perfect size for everyday and with the extra shoulder strap I can sling it in and carry a lot of stuff to my car after work without being over loaded or afraid I will drop something. Hands free strap is more like it. I really like the purse and the price couldn't be beat.
